Questions about Redame

Redame is pronounced as “ruh-daym”. It is an old word that means “to love in return”. Perfectly embodying our goals to return love to our community!

We accept events within a 40 mile radius of 07650 without any additional mileage fees. Events outside of this radius may have an added mileage fee on top of the base fee. At this moment, we are also only operating in NJ, but we hope to expand our services in the near future!

Yes! We’re a licensed and insured small business, and every drink is crafted with care in a licensed commissary kitchen.

Because we’re a small team with full-time jobs, Redame catering is currently available on weekends and weekday evenings. We dream of expanding our hours and scaling up to bring our drinks to even more events in the future!


Questions about Pricing

Pricing starts with a base rate for a 2-hour minimum. Head count, event duration, and travel distance can affect the package price. Optional add-ons incur additional charges; these include drink customizations and cart customizations.

We utilize Square to deliver invoices directly to your email. With Square, we can accept a variety of payment options from card payments to e-checks! Payments must be finalized 1 week before the booking.

Once your invoice is emailed, you’ll find a section to pay a deposit and secure your date. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable—this helps us lock in your special day and start planning a seamless, memorable experience!


Questions about Booking/ Day of Event

We recommend at least three weeks before your event to ensure everything operates smoothly and that you, as the client, are worry-free for your special day!

All we ask is a standard 15 Amp outlet to power our cart and enough space for our team to work comfortably. Beyond that, we bring everything else from water to paper goods!

We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, we’ll work with you to make the process as smooth as possible.

  • Cancellations more than 1 week before your event = 100% refund
  • Cancellations more than 72 hours before your event = 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours to your event = 0% refund

Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. If your event day needs to change, we’re happy to offer one free date change. For any date changes, please let us know at least one week in advance, and we’ll work with you to make sure your day is perfect!

Yes! Weather permitting, outdoor service is available from March to October. If possible, we ask for a power supply, but don’t worry—if that’s not available, we can bring a generator for outdoor events only!

We kindly ask for an extra hour before your event starts so we can set up and dial in our espresso machine. This also gives us time to get familiar with the space and ensure your service flows smoothly from the first sip to the last.
